Our original technical person moved away, and for the following 3-4 year period we went through 6 other tecs. Then we contacted MiTec. Since MiTec has been servicing Skinner Insurance Agency (approx. for 2 years now) we have been highly pleased with the service we have recieved. We have not had ANY down time (and that includes a move to a new location) and we have rarely had problems, which speaks for itself!
On every occasion, MiTec Computer services has responded to our calls on the same day of the call. On one occasion when we called, Mike was at the hospital with his wife, who was having surgery, and he still managed to come to correct a problem. MiTec has always responded to our phone calls immediately. On rare occasions we have gotten voice mail, but have had our calls returned the same day.
As stated above, we have not had any down time, which prior to MiTec services had NEVER happened before. Since we have had fewer problems than we did in the past, we have saved a great deal of money on technical support. We have been extremely pleased with MiTec Computer Solutions and will be using them for a long time to come, as well as recommending them to other businesses.
